Part of the Thomas E. Weil Collection. Thomas E. Weil is a very knowledgeable and respected collector of rowing memorabilia from all over the world. His extensive collection includes material from many years of the Oxford and Cambridge University Boat Race, and Henley Royal Regatta. He also lectures and writes on rowing history and is a Trustee of the River and Rowing Museum.

Mini DV tape of Guin Batten's and Bob Gullet's cross-Channel row in 2003. Guin was the first female to cross solo and the first person to cross in a fine river scull. She set a record of 3 hours 14 minutes. Bob was the oldest person to cross and the second person in a fine river scull. He set a men's record of 3 hours 22 minutes.

White card, folded in half with two turquoise and silver horizontal stripes across the front. Between the two stripes is the title in turquoise "The Eights, May 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 1938" and "Wadham College Barge". Inside is a table for results with college names and boxes for ticking.
