Oval shaped Cigarette card titled 'E.A. Ted. Phelps' showing a tinted photo of a stern on view of Phelps posed at the catch. On the reverse the heading 'Carreras -Fine Quality Cigarettes- Popular Personalities- Ted Phelps' and the text describing how Phelps won the World Sculling Championship until 1933 and Doggett's Coat and Badge eight times.
