Two handled footed cup with finial cover (oarsman holding oar). Decorative engraving. Inscribed "Forster Challenge Cup/ Presented/ To/ The Northern/ Rowing Club,/ By/ T.J. Forster Esq:/ Newcastle,/ 1890."
