'After 6,' On the River at Eton.

Shows a horse on the towpath pulling a barge in right forground, a punt with two passengers in mid foreground, a single sculler in left foreground, and an eight (along with other boats) in the mid distance.

Number 10 (per Paul Mellon's cataloguing) from an undated set of twenty-four images (of which seven are rowing related) after Canon George Robert Winter (1826-96) titled "Eton and Oxford. A Few Familiar Scenes.".

His extensive collection includes material from many years of the Oxford and Cambridge University Boat Race, and Henley Royal Regatta. He also lectures and writes on rowing history and is a Trustee of the River and Rowing Museum.
