'War through artists' eyes' - A record of war by British war artists.

Features works by: Edward Bawden, Henry Moore, Paul Nash, John Piper, Eric Ravilious, Stanley Spencer and Graham Sutherland, amongst others.

John Piper was an official war artists during World War II (1939 - 1945), his paintings of Coventry Cathedral the morning after it had been destroyed by German bombs being perhaps his most famous image from the war-time era.
