Underneath text headed 'E.A.(Ted) Phelps' describing how he won the world's professional sculling championship in May 1930, defended the title against Bert Barry in Oct 1930 and against Major Goodsell in 1932, and lost it to H.R. Pearce in 1933, and also won Doggetts Coat and Badge. At the bottom 'Issued with State Express 333 Luxury Cigarettes 10 for 6d.
