Three page letter from Hazel French, Captain of Cardiff Rowing Club/University of Wales to Pauline Baillie-Reynolds (AKA Pauline Churcher). Letter is regarding information about University of Wales application to the UWRA, and an explanation of why problems had occurred, mainly due to the fact that it is the first year they had applied and therefore were not aware of the correct procedure.
