Letter from Frances Cladcleugh, Regatta Secretary for Southampton University Women's Boat Club, to Pauline Baillie-Reynolds (AKA Pauline Churcher), secretary of the UWRA. Letter is a request to Baillie-Reynolds to provide a circular asking clubs if they wish to enter the regatta and especially whether they are planning to enter crews for the second division.The date is set for February 26th 1966 for the next regatta. They also lay out plans to increase the entrance fee. Letter is dated 11 November 1965.
