Letter from Andrew Johnson, secretary of the University College of South Wales Rowing Club, to Pauline Baillie-Reynolds, secretary of the UWRA. Letter is explaining the process of bestowing the title of "University of Wales crew" depends on the college to win the appropriate regatta, which had not been held yet. Therefore they could not tell the secretary which college will have the title presently. Dated 7/2/66.
